The name comes from the Bahay Kubo, the traditional Filipino hut. Simple in form, rich in meaning. A space built on warmth, connection, and community. Those same values shape who we are and how we work.
Kubo is an invitation to pause. To breathe. To belong.
With over 10 years of experience, our founder FJ witnessed how grooming had become transactional—a quick cut stripped of connection and care. Kubo was created to bring intention back.
It’s a space where every detail is considered—from the rhythm of a haircut to the aroma of a freshly brewed coffee. A place where craft, conversation, and quiet coexist.
